By day, Katie leads the Programs Department as Associate Director, making sure our global portfolio runs smoothly from start to finish with a keen eye for systems thinking and impact. By degree, she’s a psychology & social behavior grad with a focus on gender & sexuality studies from University of California, Irvine. By weekend, she’s either covered in trail dust alongside her dog in Portland, or elbow-deep in pasta dreams (fresh pesto required).
