An advocate for greater economic inclusion in Africa, Gbenga has strong experience bridging private investment and early-stage opportunities on the continent. Currently the Founding Director of AfriFindInvest (AFI), he provides technical support to innovative African entrepreneurs seeking to raise capital.
Gbenga began an international career as a Graduate within the HSBC Group prior to joining UBS in a role covering African markets. He has served as a Mentor to young African entrepreneurs with the Tony Elumelu Foundation.
Gbenga holds an MSc with Distinction in International Relations and BA Joint Hons French & Latin, both from the University of Bristol, UK.
