YLabs awarded Full Circle Fund support

December 15, 2020: We are so proud to have joined the 2020 Full Circle Fund Grant cohort with other local Bay Area nonprofit organizations.

Full Circle Fund is a nonprofit community that leverages its members’ financial and intellectual capital to accelerate nonprofits and build a better San Francisco Bay Area. Their members come from different sectors to partner with local nonprofits like us in a unique model of engaged philanthropy.

The YLabs team was wonderful to work with - each and every employee aligned incredibly well with the mission, to improve health outcomes with youth-driven human-centered design. I was really impressed with how impactful their work has been and how effectively they deploy their teams and resources in areas that need help
— David Jacobson, Full Circle Fund Member

Through this engagement, we were fortunate enough to be paired with a team of 10 highly skilled and passionate volunteers who brought expertise in software engineering, data analytics, international health, and entrepreneurship. Our team helped us build out our data infrastructure, impact indicators, and communications strategy.

“We are so grateful to our Full Circle Fund support staff for sharing their time, expertise, and enthusiasm for our work for the past four months,” said YLabs epidemiologist Jordan Levine. “Having a team of thought partners to help YLabs grow into its best self has been a tremendous gift and I'm so excited to see what we can continue to build.”

Everyone on the YLabs team is tremendously driven and passionate about addressing global challenges to young people’s health and economic opportunity. As a Full Circle Fund member, I loved supporting YLabs’s dedicated team through our collaborative relationship, which made the work fun, interesting, and dynamic.
— Nicolina Patin, Full Circle Member
