Shannon Milroy

Shannon Milroy is a co-founder of YLabs and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Shannon trained as an Economist and has over ten years of experience in health care financing, program evaluation, and health policy. As a member of the board, she works to ensure the sustainability of YLabs, advises on evaluation, cost-effectiveness, data collection, and anything to do with spreadsheets. Shannon holds degrees from Harvard, the University of British Columbia, and Mount Allison University.
