Richfield Quarshie

Director of Finance, Ghana

Richfield has over the past 12+ years specialized in financial management, project management, and organisational growth and restructuring. He is passionate about developing sustainable financial strategies to support impactful, development-driven projects and programs.

He holds an MBA in Finance and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management. Before joining YLabs, Richfield served as Finance and Operations Manager for JA Worldwide Ghana. He has also worked as a banker and consultant, providing financial solutions to NGOs and organizations across Ghana and Africa. When not at work, Richfield enjoys spending quality time with his family.
